Does anyone have the recipe from the frugal gourmet cooks american for his cooked chicken salad?

I used to have all his books, He was the one that got me interested in watching cooking shows, but when he had his legal problems he sort of disappeared and then he died. you could probably get the book from the library. Since '93 I've been hooked on ';Cooks Illustrated '; I have all the editions of the bi-monthly Mag. for the last seven years their cooking show is on PBS ';Test Kitchen'; and you can get the DVD's of all the TV shows, Their Recipes are the only ones I use.they have a Chicken Salad that I have used. They start out telling how to cook the breast.
