Can somebody give me a gourmet chocolate dessert recipe?

NOT low fat: I have a fast metabolism and can easily work off the extra worthwhile calories

Also, as i am kinda dumb please submit a relatively easy recipe =DCan somebody give me a gourmet chocolate dessert recipe?
I have two ideas for you. First, if you're going for elegant, try Oreo Mousse:

1/2 package oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

1 package chocolate instant pudding, plus ingredients to make pudding

1 8 oz tub frozen whipped topping, thawed

whole oreos

Make pudding according to package instructions. When it's set, fold in the whipped topping and the oreos. Divide it into champagne flutes or margarita glasses--cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Immediately before serving, top each mousse with one whole oreo as a garnish. These can be made ahead. This really wows them!

The second idea is Oreo Truffles, which are easy and versatile and SO good!

1 package oreos, ground to fine powder in food processor or blender

1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened

2 cups of your choice of white chocolate, almond bark, semi sweet chocolate, or dark chocolate (or combination)

Mix ground oreos with softened cream cheese. Form into balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper. Chill 1 hour or until firm.

Melt chocolate (if using white chocolate or almond bark, you can also add food coloring to make your truffles different colors. My personal favorite is to make some white, some pink, and some dark chocolate.) in microwave or double boiler.

Dip oreo balls into the melted chocolate and place back on lined cookie sheet. Allow to cool. Serve immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve. Can somebody give me a gourmet chocolate dessert recipe?
i have tried the Jacques Chocolate Mousse recipe.. but i find it a little hard. =/

but i love this one:

Chocolate Mousse Dessert

Serves 8

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold milk

1 envelope gelatin

6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 ounces plus 1 teaspoon for garnish unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped

1-1/2 cups granulated sugar

1 tablespoon oil

3 cups heavy cream, divided

2 teaspoons vanilla

mint sprigs for garnish

In a saucepan over medium heat dissolve gelatin in milk. In a small bowl combine cocoa, 2 ounces chocolate, sugar and oil; add to the heated milk stirring constantly until smooth; remove from heat and chill.

Whip 2 cups cream with vanilla to stiff peaks, fold into the chilled cocoa mixture. Spoon into serving cups, cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, whip the remaining 1 cup cream to soft peaks, put on top the mousse, garnish with mint sprigs and the remaining 1 teaspoon finely chopped chocolate.

*I made these for a classy but elegant engaged party and i put it into martini glasses (like in the recipe says ';Spoon into serving cups...'; put into martini glasses), then when i was ready to serve it i put a little bit of whip cream in the center, add a little bit shaved chocolate sprinkled on top and add the mint leave.
Jacques Chocolate Mousse

This is the easiest and quickest chocolate mousse you'll ever make and it is so yummy! It has a dark chocolate color with a bittersweet chocolate taste for those of you who love their chocolate mousse deeply rich. Great for any occasion or make it when you need something special but quick.

Ingredients:

1 quart heavy cream

14 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted

Instructions:

Whip the cream to soft peaks and add about 1/3 of the melted chocolate. Fold gently with a rubber spatula. Mix the remaining chocolate into the whipped cream. Mix only until combined, as you will deflate the cream if you overmix. Place the mousse in a large pastry bag and pipe into decorative serving cups.

Makes 6-8 servings.
