I love the websites for food network %26amp; epicurious. Epicouios has a section from Gourmet magazine. You can do a search for ';gourmet desserts'; in both %26amp; will have a ton to choose from. It give the recipes, ratings for each recipe from people who have tried them %26amp; they are also rated from 1 to 10 on difficulty making. I guarantee you'll find something delicious %26amp; easy if you check these out.
Martha Stewart recipes are great for that sort of thing and she makes them easy to follow as well as making them look good too!
